“I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge one of your employees named Nazar!This guy is very knowledgeable with the systems at cricket, he handled and resolved my issue quickly with a few phones lines that I had added to my accounts by a friend that took advantage of having my pin code....Not only did nazar show me the dates each extra phone had been activated so that I could see how long the recurring payments were coming out of my account, he helped me create a seperate account so that I could emancipate my number from the other account and he took my card off file!I came back a few weeks later he remembered me and as I put a new card on file, I was asking him if Cricket had an international plan for Spain;since I'm leaving for about a month! He let me know Cricket didn't have an international plan for spain but he helped me call so that I could unlock my phone if incase I needed to buy a sim card in Spain for my phone! Stellar employee great energy and naturally cares about the customers! I've had nothing but great experiences with cricket, not a single a bad one, but with that being said I've never felt inclined to write a review about how good the service is, so that should let you know how on point this guy is! Nazar 100 percent superstar!”

He patiently answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail. We left happy. Customer Service is alive and well here. “Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”
