“I've been blessed to have Aviv's services as my mechanic for over nine years. He has guided and helped me through complicated situations. On another note, I want to mention that yesterday I brought my car in for a FEW repairs. I told Aviv that I needed the car in an hour and a half. My car was ready within the hour. While I was there I noticed that his front and back lot were full. But he made it a point to expedite his service for me. “From the moment I first stepped into this establishment, I realized how excellent their customer care & professionalism is. They listened to my concerns about the symptoms of my vehicle’s transmission and exhaust and other mechanical problems and was able to diagnose and offer a fix/ resolution. Their entire staff: Nomie, Umair, Diego, Khurram & Saqib provided peace of mind and excellent auto repair. Nomie is well known within the car community and is known as an incredible mechanical engineer. I drove more than 1.5 hours in traffic and it was well worth it. Nomie fixed my problematic transmission driveshaft issue and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Also repaired an exhaust issue. After he repaired everything, my car drove much smoother and more efficiently and is back to great health. They’re able to order parts and have a quick turn around time as well as have fair pricing. “I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“I brought my truck to Accurate Auto after dealing with a check engine light that no one else could figure out. The truck was showing multiple codes — P219B, P0300, and P0306 — and it turned out there was low compression across the entire right bank of the engine. My engine had actually been replaced with a new Jasper engine back in March, so this issue was a major concern.
Accurate Auto took the time to properly diagnose the problem and discovered that the engine itself had a defect. They reached out to Jasper on my behalf, handled the entire warranty process, and got approval for a replacement engine. Within about two weeks, they had a brand-new Jasper engine installed and had my truck back on the road.
Their communication, professionalism, and honesty throughout the entire process were outstanding. They solved a problem that several others couldn’t, and they stood behind their work. I truly appreciate how smoothly they handled everything, especially something this major.

“The employees were very helpful and pleasant. They told me where the waiting room was and offered me coffee. They asked what I would like done to the car. Suggested I use a better synthetic oil and checked all the bells and whistles. Fast and efficient and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Greatly improved since my last time there. “I want to share my experience with J M Automotive in Schiller Park. I needed a new blower motor for my 2012 (model). It requires lying on your back under the steering wheel and working through a tiny opening—nobody was excited about doing it.
After calling around, I got a mix of high prices and long wait times. When I walked into J M Automotive as a first-time customer—and on a Saturday morning—they immediately gave me a very fair price, told me to leave the car, and said it would be ready in a few hours.
They had no reason to go out of their way for a brand-new walk-in, but they treated me better than I expected. The price was the best I found, and the service was even better. Highly recommend Anthony and his team.”
“Lucas Tire & Auto is great! They were open first thing in the morning—unlike other tire shops in the area—and quickly showed me the issue with my rim. They ordered the replacement right away and even gave my tire a temporary fix so I could get through a couple of days safely. Once the new rim arrived, they installed it and everything has been perfect since. I also really appreciate their veterans discount. Hernan keeps you updated throughout the whole process and is very professional. Recommend!”
“Delgado's Auto Service is outstanding! My Lexus needed a new engine, and after calling several shops, most couldn't help or gave vague, expensive quotes. Juan at Delgado's took the time to explain everything clearly-- how the engine failed, what he needed to do, and what my options were.
He found replacement engine within 24 hours, gave me a fair estimate, completed the work in less than a week, and even included a warranty--he just asked that I bring it back for an oil check after 1000 miles. His honesty, professionalism, and detailed explanations made all the difference.

“Tino always comes through! Heat in car not working. He diagnosed, ordered the parts snd fixed in on a Sunday morning. All at a reasonable cost.
A couple months ago my car was sideswiped. Body shops gave me estimates of 1400 and 800. Tino knew there was no major damage or repair, cleaned the scuff marks and it was looking new.
We love Main & Crawford in Evanston. Convenient, reasonable and HONEST.”
