“I had been without my car for 6 weeks due to my axle breaking down. I had someone from another shop install the axle and my car was still not drivable. I decided to come to Norwood Auto Service because it was down the block from me and I wouldn’t have to drive my car far. They did a full inspection on my car and sent me a text with EVERYTHING that was wrong with it along with pictures to back it up. I was so impressed by the pictures and detailed commentary. They’re not pushy at all with services which is a huge plus for me since I’m a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. They also told me that the shop that I went to put in the wrong axle for my car which is why my car was still not drivable. They were able to order the correct axle and fix my car completely SAME DAY. Mind you, Eric called me throughout the day to give me updates. The service was just all around stress free for me and I’m very grateful for Eric, who I believe is the manager. They won a customer for life going forward and will forever recommend them. Today I dropped off my Rav4 that needed 2 Tire Pressure Monitor System Sensor and an oil change to Garcia's Tire, Auto....., when I tell you this place is great, it is really Great. I never felt pressured or threaten to have my car fix. The staff was straight forward with what I needed and it was done, even in the time I needed for it to be done. “Fantastic shop for all of your car tire related needs. I made an appointment earlier in the week and my time was actually honored. The staff was very friendly and listened to my concerns with my vehicle. They assured me they would take care of everything. In about 45mins or less my service was completed. They found tears in the wall and patched it all up and topped up the nitrogen air. The procedure was explained in detail and shared that my tires were in good condition for another few years.I will continue coming to this shop and I highly recommend others check it out!”

“This place- always reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. Got there at 10:56am, no appointment, and was out by 11:15am. I was shown the screw that was in my tire and then they fixed it. I brought tires at Continental Toyota and this is the second tire that has gotten a flat!! Yes, Continental Toyota would've fixed it at no charge as these tires are less than two months old but last time I took it there, it took them TWO HOURS to fix it- not worth my time. I'll take my tires to Rueda, friendly service and respectful of my time!”

“I took my car here because my car tires showed warning signs for low air pressure; it looked as though one or two tires were very low. I have had to wait in the past I understand this. But, I really think this Firestone in norridge does what they can to service your car efficiently and get you out the door. In my case they had a cancellation and the tires were taken care of in short order- I had left my car at the facility so, there was no issue. The tire was fixed - a nail it turned out- not replaced. I think this is to me a good indication you can trust these Firestone mechanics. In addition, the man who worked on my car calibrated the tire pressure warning sign in front of me.. It just so happened I was right there at that moment so he took care of this pointing out what he was doing. This is a second indication you can trust this Firestone. I was able to handle this calibration myself when the warning signs had gone on the second time. I initially took the car in w the warning signs; they first put air in the tires telling me to bring the car back if it happened again. It did and this was when I bought the car in the second time where they fixed the tire (nail). I have good things to say about firestone, Norridge; I recommend. This isn't the first time I have come to this conclusion.”
