Like hello kitty, strawberry shortcake, stitch, and more. each character has a whole section dedicated to it seems. Wide variety of t shirts and home goods items. Also a lot of items that I can't find anywhere else. Staff is always kind and helpful.”

They have tons of stuff at 20 25 even 30 dollars so they need to change the name. Also there's always like 1 or 2 people working for such a big store. “Great experience at pOpshelf ! Their holiday sale and selection were excellent. We enjoy purchasing home goods, cleaning products, foods, jewelry, and toys here. The prices are competitive with the large super markets nearby. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. And I also loved that it’s dog friendly.Whenever we shop here, the male & women managers I think his name Reggie & Charlie always take time to talk with me and son and ask how we are doing.”

I do have to point out one worker, I believe her name is Angelica or Angela (I am so bad at names but she was working tonight 5/29 at around 8pm) She was absolutely, ever so sweet and helped me out with what I wanted today. What I love most is that the store feels upbeat and inviting. The layout makes it easy to explore, and everything is clearly labeled. It’s great for grabbing last-minute gifts, stocking stuffers, school supplies, or just treating yourself without breaking the bank.
The quality of the items has always surprised me—especially for the price. Their phone cases, wireless speakers, art supplies, and even beauty products are way better than you’d expect for under $5. And now that they carry some items in the $5–$10 range, the options are even better without losing the budget-friendly vibe.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, and checkout is quick and easy. I also appreciate how they keep the store clean and well-organized, even when it’s busy.

Company question, why is there only a complaint line through corporate? I had to leave my compliments for Jennifer and her team with the complaint dept. That's not going to inspire loyalty in your staff, or customers obviously. Please make it easy to leave compliments where they belong! And maybe give that girl a raise”

Associate 906155 at Register 3 and one other employee were so helpful and attentive to our queries. Sorry I didn’t ask their names. I came to this location from Niles location. There is so much difference in employees between these 2 location. I recommend everyone to come to this location for great experience.”
“I'm happy that the Five Below in Melrose Park is receiving an update recently, considering that surrounding Five Below locations have already been updated. This location, which is constantly busy with customers, never considered getting an update until now, and they are using the old Carter's building to extend the Five Below location just as an FYI.”
