“Tyler did an Awesome Job with tinting all windows in my daughter's 2016 Chevy Cruze. In error, I chose the wrong shade. However, he worked with me on the pricing to re-do all over again for a darker shade and my daughter is very pleased with the outcome. The Naperville Location is very professional, clean & they have an area where you can sit in with two nice leather sofas, a large screen TV with movies that you can stream to watch which gives you a very comfy feel as if you're waiting inside your own living room while waiting for them to complete the work. “I had an epic experience at Elite Car Wash Detail. If I'm being embarrassingly honest, my van was pretty dirty and gross - kid spills and crumbs, years of dog hair, exploded diet coke stains, sand and dirt from horse work - I was pretty certain that it could be cleaned up a bit, but that we had done some permanent damage to the interior. Well...suffice to say I was blown away. My van looks BRAND NEW!! Not only did they do an incredible job, but they were so nice and kind and clearly very proud of the work they do. We will be back with our truck, and I'll be back with my van. I HIGHLY recommend this business!”

“I come here once a week for over five years. The staff is so friendly. I can pull into the car wash without worrying about hitting the tires on any tracks, the touch free doesn’t scratch up the car, and the vacuums always work. And again, the staff is lovely!!”
“My 2014 Hyundai Azera was in need of a hand car wash. The last wash was before the Pandemic. I searched Google for hand car wash businesses in the area. Gippie's was very close. I drove over and got an estimate, $40 dollars. A bit high. I gave the OK. While I was waiting. I read reviews of car wash businesses in the area. Gippie's was in the top 10! Their rating was confirmed when I got my car! It was detailed for just $40 dollars! The floor mates you could eat on! Show Room quality! I once paid $200 dollars for what I got for $40 dollars! “I took my 2019 XT-4, with about 57,500 miles on it, in for service and also to address a concern I had. I was hearing and feeling a very minor “clunk” in the drivetrain when I took my foot off the accelerator to slow down. I had the oil changed and 4-wheel drive service. The service writer was fantastic, clearly understood my concern and was clear they would check into it. The mechanic/technician performed the services I requested and diagnosed the issue with the drivetrain, which was extremely minor. They included correcting the issue in the charge for the 4-wheel drive service. I was very happy with the service I received and plan to continue bringing my vehicle there. I recommend Cadillac of Naperville service department.”

At the end my guy told me to go around the car to check. Awesome move!”

“This is my go-to car wash, and I pass many others as I come to this one on Orchard. They have a prewash brush cart available, and they have microfiber cloths for drying. Vacuums work well. Price is fair (range of levels of service is available), and the team there works well together. This is an automatic carwash, and it give me the opportunity to do some detailing of my own as I vac and wipe down the door jambs and exposed areas. Depending on the shape of the car, some small parts (usually the flat surface on the back gate) are missed. I hit those spots while wiping down surfaces.”
