“I came in to get my car cleaned and the owner was so kind and personable. I asked if I could vacuum the sand out of my trunk really quick and he did it for me. He told me about Friday which is 10% off for ladies and gave me a teacher discount even though I’m a teacher outside of the country. What a lovely place, super nice guy and great service. Will be telling everyone to visit brightside for a great experience! Thank you so much!😊”

“Eduardo completed the interior detail of my Subaru Forester. He did an excellent job. Despite the prices being higher at Delta Sonic in comparison to other shops nearby, I must say this experience at Delta Sonic with Eduardo was excellent.”

“I took my 2019 XT-4, with about 57,500 miles on it, in for service and also to address a concern I had. I was hearing and feeling a very minor “clunk” in the drivetrain when I took my foot off the accelerator to slow down. I had the oil changed and 4-wheel drive service. The service writer was fantastic, clearly understood my concern and was clear they would check into it. The mechanic/technician performed the services I requested and diagnosed the issue with the drivetrain, which was extremely minor. They included correcting the issue in the charge for the 4-wheel drive service. I was very happy with the service I received and plan to continue bringing my vehicle there. I recommend Cadillac of Naperville service department.”

“Just bought a used 2019 XT5 from John Phelan. He did a fabulous job from start to finish. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Total pressure free environment. Finance and all managers were also friendly and nice. If you are in the market for a Cadillac this is the place to go.”

“If you go, you need to look for Jaime. He takes pride in his job and does a phenomenal job. Very happy every time I leave after he’s taken care of the car. Usually rocking a Fuller’s polo. Rocked a black one today. Tip the man well. It’s worth it.”

“Great place for car wash. But whoever works on Saturday mornings, the girl with the hat is the hardest working. She preps my girl better than anyone else working there. Keep her, promote her, whatever, she has the best work ethic.”
