“I went to Boyce body Werks in Naperville this morning. I called them at 8:10 am and the front staff kindly got me in for 9 am today. The front staff is very helpful and we chatted like we have been friends for a long time! This is the 2nd time I've been there and I can say they are phenomenal. Friendly, and so accommodating. I have had Amy Bidus work with my vehicle both occasions. She is absolutely the BEST!!!! She is delightful to talk with and so efficient in her work. She amazes me how fast and how nice she fixes my car!!! She has "saved" me twice now in situations with my car and I would recommend this place to anyone!”

“I called Monday morning and was able to get an appointment right away to bring my car in for work. The car was checked for what was needed, and I was given a courtesy ride home while car was worked on. My car was ready by 1:00 pm, and I was offered a ride to the shop to pick up the car. The cost of my repair was a nice surprise that it was low and few parts were needed. I was very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and good quality result. I think the updates were automated because they weren’t totally accurate but not a big deal. My car came back clean and the rental company allowed me to leave the car here when I picked up my vehicle.”

“The BEST auto body repair shop!!! My brand new car was rear ended on the highway. My stepdad and mom have both used Fix Auto for their body repairs in the past, so I really wanted to find a place I could get it fixed and know it would look good. I was arguing with their insurance place to be able to have it fixed here. Alan did a great job explaining to me that I have the right to take it wherever I chose and reassured me that they would get everything taken care of with the person who hit me’s insurance. Steven was great to work with and got my car looking perfect again. There was some hiccups on the way, but Steven made sure everything was handled properly and had my best interest. “Aaron & entire Gerber staff very friendly, I brought them a replacement passenger side mirror, plastic housing, built in directional, that came painted black, they Matched the paint on new mirror perfectly, this on a vehicle that’s a weathered 2012. New mirror installed and one could never tell the mirror has been replaced. Nice job Gerber!”
“There are very few places that still run like this shop. Dwayne had my account pulled up based on my license plate. Attended to my needs immediately without any fuss. They even gave me a loaner car at no extra cost. My car was in and out in under 4 hours. The other places in the county were to busy to take a “Quick Look”, or just assess the issue. This is the type of place that pays attention to details for instance they changed the battery on my key fob. It’s no wonder they have been in business for 42 years. They treat their customers with class. Excellent customer service. As a commuter, who travels into the city my car is an essential part of my day. Thank you for taking care of my Volvo!”

“Maily is the best in the burbs. Worked with him since the 2000s when he saved us thousands on an exhaust and engine swap on our Infiniti G35 coupe. Since then he’s worked on tough imports like our troubled Mercedes Benz ML430 and Audi RS5 and A4 in addition to early model Infiniti i30s, FX45 and G35 that we all had way back then. He knows his stuff. Subject. Matter. Expert. Who can get it done. His fees are a bargain for the service he provides and even if they were increased they would still be lower than the fees the Stealerships charge. He’s also a great human being to work with and one of the hardest working people I know. Can’t recommend him enough!”
