“Where to start. I am inarticulate so I considered AI to craft this but that would look fake. I knew going into this project, it was no quick or inexpensive helmet painting project. I had a helmet custom painted back in 2002 elsewhere and let the artist do what he thought was best back then. I supplied ideas and props to inspire the design. We sat for 45 min talking over the ideas and general design. Letting the artist have as much free reign over the output was the best decision I made. The guys here at Psychotic Air let me direct in the same manner. I recommend bringing as much inspiration to aid in design. We talked over ideas, many more than would fit on a helmet, for an hour or so. I left with the directions mostly being this, here is my old helmet I want equal or better quality and let the artist be the artist . I ranked importance to each feature. This gave the artist room to do his thing. The quality was talked up a fair amount and in the end I was amazed. I waited a week to be sure I was truly happy with this outcome so I am here raving about the helmet that fits me and my style now. I was called during the project for confirmation of ideas and layout ideas. I decided to let these guys do what they thought was best. Matt finish vs gloss was a great touch I never would have done. Much more detail shows thru. There is a depth to the contrast I find amazing. Yes I must have served in the Army at some point. Yes the last helmet had the American flag too. I cant wait to see how other riders and race tracks like this one. Only one flaw in this, no where did the artist sign this helmet. I will enthusiastically reply Psychotic Air. YES I plan to have another helmet painted here in the future.”

“Had tail gate on my Lincoln MKX repaired and painted from backing into my garage while tail gate was opened. I thought it was damaged beyond repair. Alan wrote a repair estimate to repair and paint existing tail gate and completion was perfect. Shop will be my go to for any needed body repair. My wife and I met up with 2 beautiful french bull dogs that where visiting the day of pick up.”

I am always skeptical about insurance recommendations for body shops or other work but they knocked out of the park and then some. John was great to communicate with and they got the work done in a very timely manner and even went through the extra lengths to redo the window tint on the affected area. “Really nice guy and really impressed by the quality of work! After visiting 2 body shops and getting quotes of $1500 - $2000 to repair a dent on a contour area they both claimed could not be fixed by PDR, I still stopped here anyway to get an estimate...and I'm glad I did. I use my car for work and was only without it for a day which also made things much easier! Didn't need to repaint the car, which devalues a car; was able to get an appointment next day; price was significantly less than other quotes; and best of all I can't tell where the dent even was. I've already recommended D&J too.”

I think the updates were automated because they weren’t totally accurate but not a big deal. My car came back clean and the rental company allowed me to leave the car here when I picked up my vehicle.”

I had more dog hair trapped in the seats than most dogs have on their body, and he was able to get every last fiber! I even had some scuffing from a mild fender bender and he cleaned that off and saved me a ton of money in body work. Highly recommend him and his services!”
“I took my car to the Hyundai dealership to fix a spreading paint chip. When I got my car back, not only was the paint chip fixed, but my car came back in better condition than I left it. I could tell immediately that it had been detailed. I saw a flyer in my car that Countryside Customs fixed the paint chip and did a complementary detailing.
I’m so happy because it was such a wonderful surprise and they did an AMAZING job. My car hasn’t been cleaned since I drove it off the lot 9 years ago lol. So it was pretty dirty. “Needed a brake line fix, had the car at suburban first they wanted to charge $2,700. Bleeders were seized up and they wanted to put in all new calipers, they also tried to upcharge me on a serpentine and non-existing bad tie rod ends for 500 which is ridiculous tie ends are $50 in parts. Had my car towed to State Street fixed the brake line for 180. I'll always recommend this garage”
