Wish i would have found him when i was much younger the real deal will recommend anyone to him whether it’s to exercise or want to box serious ?

Coach Armand really has has done his research in the art of the sport. He teaches you what you’re doing rather than just telling you to do just to do it. Definitely recommend taking classes!
