I’m beyond happy that I found this gym. Everyone is super welcoming and I feel amazing after every workout. If you’re thinking about it I’d say just go for it. You won’t regret it!

For someone who has never trained at a CrossFit gym, FRSC has been an awesome place to start and advance further. The coaches do an excellent job of working with you as an individual even In the larger classes. Both the trainers and other athletes are very welcoming as well. 5 stars to trainer Tom

Wonderful staff and facility! All the coaches are very helpful and motivating. Feel much more confident in my fitness journey after working out with this community!
