The staff is super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, always ready to assist customers in finding exactly what they need for their projects and answering all questions with patience and useful tips. Michaels provides a very sweet and helpful experience for all customers.

Store was fine. Stocked. Products were easy to find. Saw four employees, wasn't greeted or spoken to at all during visit. Only reason I mention this is because I know that there policy is to interact with all customers. At least one employee should have at the very least said Hello.
