It was ready on time, they had the appliance jack we ordered, checkout took 5 minutes, they were friendly, the van worked as expected, it cost only $73 for four hours, check-in was a breeze. This is how it should work. A+(Fwiw, we first tried to rent from Home Depot and Menards. Both were much more trouble than they were worth. UHaul was seamless.)”

“I used a 26 foot truck and booked online, did the early check in, and came on time. The man behind the counter was great and explained the return process and getting gas. He even recommended where to get the gas The truck was fine and I had no issues. Just think next time I'll try there labor options, since the work was harder the we expected.”

“They’ve got everything you need to move/pack and more! Whatever you’re missing or whatever you forgot in your hectic move, Uhaul of Palatine has got you covered! They’ve got a great selection of boxes, bubble wrap, and other moving supplies. What really set them apart was their customer service though. The two workers (a young woman and a new hire named Bob) who helped me were incredibly kind and extremely helpful in making sure I walked away content. Unfortunately I showed up with a car too small for the load of boxes I needed, but they let me test it out before purchasing which was super considerate, given I would’ve had to walk right back in to return my purchases. Moving can be stressful but these two put me right at ease with their humor and can do attitudes!”
