“My boss and I needed some special attention to some business documents pertaining to the business. We came in asking for assistance in a situation where the bank could very well have stood on principles and internal rules. Not that what we were asking violated any rules, just that in the exercise of the use of employee time, a denial of assistance would have been totally understandable. We spoke with the manager, Sheree, and ended up with Jasmine to complete what we needed. What could have been a neutral to negative experience got transformed by Sheree and Jasmine to an enjoyable junket to the bank to work with friends who had your back and made you feel that if they could do anything, they would. We love this bank.”

What impressed me lately was my positive experience lately Let me relate what happened recently at the *********** branch I opened a CD rate and handed a check and cash to ***************************,one of the employees. She went out of the office to count the cash and deposit the check I wrote and when she came back she informed me I have given her $500 more than the cash I mentioned and what to do about it I told her to put it in my checking account. I was so impressed by her honesty and integrity.. She could have not told me of the error which my husband said he was in a hurry when he counted and handed me the cash but instead ****** was honest enough to tell me of the error. I am so grateful and I want you to know you have an honest and commendable employee you should be proud of.. ****************************”
