Best buy used to be the place to be if you wanted great customer service with technical expertise, but unfortunately so was RadioShack until it decided to not care about it's customer experiences. I make my payments in person, and so first impressions as they say are everything, an empty store with two people at the front who are more focused on their own conversations rather than what the client may need, and also Best buy how is it not possible to give your employees a stapler to staple receipts to bill payments? You might as well give your employees something to do instead of paying them to do nothing, this is why Amazon is excelling since it eliminates the whole on site poor customer experiences. Sucks since going to the store and window shop WAS generally part of the whole shopping experience and the customer service was what got people inspired to buy, but not with that type of dull service.

This is one location that they sell small toys of Naruto and dragonballz. Love this bestbuy for that.

Used to love shopping here but now it's just kinda annoying. Most employees seemed annoyed for asking for help. Then at the time of paying all the add ons they want to charge for and not only that but they keep insisting. Ex. Was about to buy a phone and they they told me I had to pay $180 for a data transfer. I said no thank you and went across the street to Tmobile and got it done for free.

The technician Patrick, for Geek Squad Mobile for my Jeep was Phenomenal. He went over and beyond with his customer service. His knowledge and skills for my issue was 10/10. I had an issue from a different location that he had to fix. Brian, the manager, is amazing too. I left happy and my Jeep stereo was fixed the CORRECT way. Great job Team. I will definitely be returning. This location has great customer service
