Great experience. Brittany has the patience of a saint! She was so kind and helpful to all of the customers (and employees) in the store. Her poise, skill and positive attitude are a wonderful asset to the company. We appreciate her attention in answering all of our questions, clarifying any confusion that we had and clearly explaining what needed to be done to address our concerns. She then personally walked us through our bill and plan and went over available options with us. A+!!

Wonderful experience having acquired a new IPhone 15 ProMax - the manager, Brittany, and her assistant, Matthew, were e remedy helpful and informative. I was able to transfer 3 business phones without any interruption in service. All of the contacts, photos, calendars for court, applications all transferred without incident. Just switched to AT&T, and the staff at this location were really helpful. The store was nice and clean, like no prints on the model phones. There were two associates there who did an amazing job! Paul was kind enough to entertain my niece, even indulging her with a little SpongeBob while I worked with Brittany to get my service switched. Brittany was super knowledgeable about all the promotions and tiers of service. Based on my needs, she presented some great options. I even got a couple of cool accessories that were on sale. 100% recommend this location for their courtesy, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Thank you Brittany and Paul. Keep up the great work!
