“1st time in Chicago and staying at a renaissance hotel. To my good fortune there is an Avis at the hotel. I would have been stranded without transportation and now I get to see the sights at an affordable price. Service here is very friendly and accommodating.”

This guy is working everyday and always with a warm smile and great disposition. I sure hope that the Budget/Avis management appreciates him!!
