“At Enterprize, the car was delivered to the shop where it was being fixed and then I could just leave it there when the car was done and enterprise picked it up. When I first got the car, I asked if I could get a different one that had the warning signals in the Sideview mirrors, and they found one for me. Everyone was very nice.”

“I had a great experience from beginning to end, thanks to Tristan! When dropping off my vehicle at the shop, the rental was already there. Eventually I wanted to switch out the rental for something more hi-tech so I called and was told I would get a call back when they had stock in, which I did. I was able to leave the rental at the shop when picking up my vehicle which was great. Overall, staff was helpful.”
“I've done business with ECS for years. George, the owner, is awesome: personable, professional and loves exotics! There are several things I love about ECS, among which are that they're flexible with mileage overages and, perhaps most importantly, their prices are among the best in the industry. I spend most of the year in LA. For what anyone charges for a one-day rental of a Lamborghini there, ECS charges slightly less for *three* days. I've driven two Lamborghinis and one Ferrari thanks to George and ECS. I recommend them highly.”

Excellent service and excellent SUV in great condition (Chevrolet Equinox). The SUV was clean and smooth to drive (I believe it was from 2022). The overall experience was very plesant; the day I returned the SUV the person in charge invited me a cold water bottle because it was hot outside. What else can I say? ? Great service received in the Highland Park Agency! I will definitely come back!”

“Friendly service and the salesman stayed late to accommodate the rental, even though we arrived in town after they closed. They quoted a lower price but it was $65 dollars higher than the quote even though they said the original quote had covered all taxes and fees. All in all very good, very nice service. The prices were fair, but not good.”

“I rented a car from Hertz Palatine a couple weeks ago. I worked with Malik, and he was helpful and very nice. The vehicle was clean and ready to go at my scheduled pickup time; I didn't have to wait at all. Malik was transparent about the cost, and when I received my final bill after returning the vehicle, there were no hidden fees or charges. 10/10 recommend Hertz Palatine!”

The Avis Preferred phone line couldn’t take care of me, which was so frustrating for all I was trying to do was change my drop off location and they had me on the phone for 45min and couldn’t resolve and told me I had to go into any Avis location. Roberto was able to help me and fix the issues in literally 3min. He was such a pleasure to work with!!”
