Branch never answers the phone. Customer Service is all automated but does not contain keywords like Abandoned Property. Poor execution and impossible to reach customer service, which I think they closed.

Cannot get anyone to pick up the phone at the Northbrook branch which is very annoying from a customer perspective.

I went the branch today and was the only customer when I walked in.There was 1 teller and 3 bankers in the branch and I was told to wait to be served.Had to wait 10 min to until someone finally came.Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone in the neighborhood.
