Abysmal customer service. An ATM at this branch location just ate my cash with no explanation or warning that the machine was not functioning properly, and then spit out a small piece of paper saying that due to technical issues, it cannot return my cash. I was then told by Citibank customer support that they would do an investigation and I may be credited when the investigation is completed which could take up to 10 or up to 45 days (wasn’t clear which one).

I went the branch today and was the only customer when I walked in.There was 1 teller and 3 bankers in the branch and I was told to wait to be served.Had to wait 10 min to until someone finally came.Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone in the neighborhood.

NOT A GOOD BANK TO GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABUSED MY DISABILITY I HAVE ADHD AND AUTISM DISORDER THEY DIDN'T LET MY MOM TALK TO THEM AND I GET FRUSTRATED VERY QUICKLY I only got a bank account here because my parents has a bank account here but I rather use CHASE the same bank my sister uses as its more easier as its closer to my college building. PLEASE GO WITH CHASE BANK ITS EASIER THAN CITIBANK

Staff pleasant and always helpful for the past 16 years I've used this location. I had all types of products with them and was always satisfied. They are very helpful in resolving fraud cases.

Do Not Sign Up for the 50,000 MIleage AA Advantage SHAM. I travel a great deal, and am a citi card holder. I thought, by signing up for this credit card I could boost my mileage back to an elite status after using my reward miles on another ticket, depleting my miles. I signed up, never received the card, never received the miles and was still charged a $99 Membership fee. I have not received a single perk. I called customer service who bounced me back and forth between 4 different people from Citi to AA to Citi again as they claimed each were responsible. Then they told me that not only would they not give me the reward miles, I was also ineligible because I didn't put any charges on the card. Yet they charged themselves $99??!! The card that I never received. Yet I still had to pay the $99 membership fee. A sham. Citi Cards, I have been a customer since I was 18. AA I have been a customer since I had a job at 20 and i'm sure before that. For 2 longstanding companies, I am incredibly disappointed and saddened at the lack of loyalty, customer service and a sham of a program.
