Staff at the counter does not say hello, Thank you, Or good bye. All he asked me twice was if I had a phone number with them, which I didn’t. I bought a sale item but he said this was sold at full price and later on he changed it to sale price after I told him that I would go to the display again to check the reduced price. I don’t know why the staff was not in a good mood. The store is clean and the products look good.

Staff here is just lovely. This store is not nearly as busy as the Skokie location, hence a lot less Karen's.

I expected better from such a large location. There wasn't a lot of staff, at a time when a lot of stores have resolved staffing issues. The selection was above average. At a certain time, maybe at least half an hour before the store closed, half of the lights turned off. It seemed like some of the systems randomly turned off too, because it became stiflingly hot, so maybe the AC randomly turned off as well. It felt very strange in there, like it was suddenly semi-abandoned. I am not one to linger around stores after they close, because I know it must be annoying for the employees. Even so, it was a bit much to communicate to us when there was half an hour left, 15 minutes left (OK so far), then 10 minutes, 6 minutes...? It was like a New Year's countdown but less fun. The checkout process took forever for very few customers. The people at the desk were pretty unfriendly, and it wasn't really fun to shop there at all overall.

I was at the store on Sunday and Jeremy who I believe is assistant manager attempted to pressure myself and two other customers into leaving the store before 6 PM which is closing time! It was 19 minutes at 6:41 PM with 90 minutes left he said you guys have about 15 minutes left I said you know there's 90 minutes left and he try to pick an issue there and say we can close whenever we want! I told him I was in retail and I never try to treat people this way or make them leave ahead of time he kept talking as if he had to have the last word! This is not the way to treat customers and to quite to be quite honest with you if he doesn't change his attitude he shouldn't be working there!

love DSW but this one is rarely open and I feel like they change their hours all the time. the amount of business I have seen walk up to this store and turn around due to it being closed is ridiculous.

Always been a fan of DSW. Had a great experience at this location. The Manager, Jeremy, is extremely patient and helpful. He helped us find options for our daughter's in-between shoe size that we would not have considered without his expert help. Will definitely be back!

Jeremy Emer has given this big box store a small shop feel by going above and beyond and providing his undivided attention, and expertise in helping me find the shoe that fits my needs as well as my feet. He is definitely the reason I will be looking forward to shopping here again and again!

Take longer than two hours to complete order of a pair of shoes. When I went the workers were rude and didn’t know about my order. If I hadn’t gone, it probably wouldn’t be completed.Not my first experience with workers being rude here.
