“The new store is absolutely beautiful. They have a large selection of magnificent pieces that are so elegantly displayed- every one more tempting than the next.
When I walked into the store, I was so warmly received - like I was an old friend. I had never been to Shelle jewelers before but i truly feel that they are now my source to go to when I need anything.
I worked with a wonderful woman Peg, who was incredibly nice and helpful assisting me with a special piece I needed fixed in a hurry. It all went seamlessly and I will be taking it with me on the plane tomorrow.

“Cannot say enough good things about this shop. Highly recommend for watch repair and would be confident in going to them for any of services they offered.

I had another watch repair shoo in Northbrook keep my watch for about 4 months (quoted approximately 2 weeks), charge me $750 for a basic tune up to a Dunamis Hubris watch that was in fine working order but hadn’t been maintenanced since I purchased it 10 years prior. After that 4 months it was returned and I was told it wasn’t keeping time anymore. They told me they could keep trying but couldn’t make any promises. After 4 months of trying I wasn’t willing to let them “try”.

Came to this shop and all is better. Watch works perfect again, super reasonable on cost and I won’t be going anywhere else in the future. They even gave me period phone calls to update me when a shipment was taking longer than expected.

I’m so happy to have my unbroken, broken watch back!
