“This pharmacy has one of the best and most organized refill reminder systems I’ve experienced. They send timely text reminders a few days before it’s time to refill my medications, which is incredibly helpful.

They are also one of the few pharmacies that carry Korean medications, which is a huge advantage for the Korean community.

What impressed me the most is their speed. As soon as my doctor’s office sends the prescription, I often receive a text saying my medication is ready before I even finish checking out at the clinic. It reminds me of the efficient healthcare system in Korea, where you can pick up your medication almost immediately after seeing your doctor.

I’ve never experienced such fast service at larger chain pharmacies. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always take the time to explain medications thoroughly. They can also communicate in Korean, which makes the experience much more comfortable and reassuring.

I’m truly grateful that a pharmacy like this has opened in our area. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and caring service.”

“Switched to this CVS pharmacy based on positive online reviews. I have not been disappointed. Great drive thru service. Competent and friendly staff. Clean and well managed store. Previously used Walgreens, but their pharmacy services have become a disaster. Walgreens would mysteriously cancel my refills and never contacted my provider when a new prescription was required. Also impossible to talk to anyone in Walgreens stores. Endless hold times and then you’re disconnected. Glad I switched to CVS.”

“I always have a great experience at the CVS at Willow & Waukegan Rds. My prescription was ready quickly and Ibukunoluw was very thorough and kind explaining this new medication to me. She took time to be sure I understood! I was able to get me vaccines with Amar, he was also friendly, kind and professional. “My husband and I came to Mariano's with a shopping list to accomplish. The store was laid out in a way where it was easy to find what we were looking for. We were able to find what we were looking for quickly. There was a pretty big sale going on and lucky for us the food that we were looking for was on sale. We even passed a sale on cereal (that was not on our shopping list) that was too good to pass up. When we went to check-out, the lines at the register went pretty fast. Overall, our experience at Mariano's was positive and I recommend Mariano's to others.”

I wish these stores would order enough product..or do a survey from the customers..all the rest of products in this store just sits there..for who knows how long, but, the things they sell out of..keep it in stock!! “About 2 weeks ago I went to this Walgreens to get my Covid bivalent booster shot and flu shot at the same time. I didn't expect this experience to be so positive that I would write a 5-star review about it! The pharmacist technician, Salwa at the counter was friendly and nice to take care of the registration. Then, a real shout out to Heather, the nurse/technician who was to put the 2 shots in my arm. Heather was very professional and friendly, and made good suggestions in a non-pushy way. I didn't know that you can have 2 different shots on one arm at the same time, so, I was going to have one shot on each arm. She said that I could put both shots in one arm if I wanted as a lot of people do that, and asked me if I wanted 1 or 2 sore arms. So, this was a no brainer. Even though I had been to numerous flu shot appointments over the past 20 years, and been to many Covid shots as well, this was the only time that I felt that the nurse/technician really liked her job, was very clear with her instructions, took her time but was efficient at the same time, and did a great job. I usually bruised quite easily with shots, this time there's no bruising, so it's a big plus! The only thing is, each time you go to a pharmacy to get a shot, you never get the same nurse! If you call to make an appointment instead of booking online, it doesn't hurt to make an appointment with Heather for the injection!”
