“Walgreens Specialty is simply excellent. Excellent. Excellent. They are always so friendly and helpful when I call about a refill or the status of a delivery. I also love when I see my phone ringing away, I see Walgreens on the Caller ID, I answer it, and it's another friendly voice asking if I need any refills and they will be there the next day. It's always a wonderful experience with them.”

“When it comes to customer service, Osco Pharmacy and their personnel have been outstanding.Unlike other pharmacies I could mention, the fine folks behind the pharmacy counter have always been so kind, patient & very professional in answering any questions I have; furthermore they have never been condescending in requiring information or asking questions of me.We should remember that when certain medications are not available due to backorder, that the problem is generally with Pharmaceutical Drug maker and not with the Pharmacy and Pharmacist, nor their staff who assist them.”

“Their produce is always well sorted and fresh. I don't have to constantly look for the single pack of good strawberries amongst a bunch of rotten cartons. Very clean store, well laid out... friendly clerks.”

“I went to Mariano's to look for a retirement gift for my coworker around 9:00pm and was in the flower department looking to have someone blow up a balloon for me and Dawn popped out of nowhere and was the most sweetest woman that I have ever encountered with. She didn't even work in that specific department and still found a way to help me out and mind you she's new to Mariano's as well! She helped me pick out some flowers as well and walked me over to the register to check out. Thank you so much Dawn for making my last minute shopping a blast!!”

“My experience at the hearing center was nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, engaging, interactive, knowledgeable, and loaded with integrity. The audiologist I collaborate with did not urge me to purchase anything there, as what I might benefit from Costco simply does not offer. Importantly, she directed me to a potential solution that could be obtained elsewhere. Start to finish this was an top-notch experience. Most highly recommended.”

“Wanted to share positive feedback for both Mike and Joanne who were AMAZING but the only 2 people in the entire store at 4:30pm. I needed help with balloons and Mike was so great but there were many customers who walked out of the store due to lack of help. This has NOTHING to do with Mike or Joanne but due to the lack of store employees Walgreens is losing sales!”

“Towards the end of August I had a nasty fall on the sidewalk outside this Walgreens - my own fault. The store employees came to my rescue, calling 911. One employee hopped in her car and went to retrieve my husband who was walking to the store (I had our only car with me)! The response from those employees was stunningly helpful. Later the insurance carrier for the store checked in with me to be sure I was OK. No lasting injuries for me but a lasting appreciation for the attention I received that afternoon from those Walgreens employees. (I also took them a box of candy closer to the event).”

“When you share your experience on google make sure you give the location. There are 131 worst ratings and it might be one or two locations. Not fair to Walgreens thousands of locations that are giving excellent service.”

“From the pharmacy manager, a beautiful young lady, to her amazing technicians, this pharmacy team is kind and efficient in getting my family’s prescriptions done and ready. The front end of the store is always clean and organized! They must have a great store manager.”
