“This place is an absolute gem ! The volunteers here are incredibly nice and helpful. I am thrilled with everything I have purchased here. Everything is clean and in great condition. I got some unique holiday gifts here as well as a hall tree that completes my entryway perfectly. Their website is very up to date so you can shop online and go pick up. Fabulous.”
“I cannot sing praises high enough for this adorable hidden gem of a shop! The largest [and most well organized] supply of costume jewelry I've ever seen. The cutest and kitschiest [in the best way] purses and and handbags. A diverse and well-curated collection of vintage clothing pieces and accessories for all seasons and occasions - and very reasonably priced! One of a few places where you can find people shopping for prom, the Kentucky derby, renaissance fairs, theatre costumes, and bridal parties all at once. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
I'm from out of state, and find myself rearranging road trips just to make an excuse to come back. Even if you never buy anything, stopping in to just look and admire at your leisure is well worth it.”

“I recently visited the North Shore Exchange's online store, and was impressed with the selection of items available for purchase. It was well-organized, making it easy to browse through the various sections.
More importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful -- particularly Patricia, the store manager, whose assistance was greatly appreciated. Finally, I like the fact that this consignment shop supports a number of worthy causes, as the proceeds go towards helping those in need.
Overall, I had a great experience, and would highly recommend it to others looking for a unique shopping experience, while also supporting a good cause.”
“I see a couple reviews of 1 star that prices are outrageous and staff is rude. (1) This is so incorrect!!! I'm there every weekend shopping for the last 10 years and not once have I come across a rude employee, upper staff member or volunteer. (2) The prices are extremely fair and lower than all competitors. I've bought many things from here that I've seen at antique stores for 4x the price. Every month Wings has a specific color price tag that is 75% off for whatever items that color price tag is on. Every weekend furniture is 50% off and the last weekend of every month the entire store is 50% off. In my opinion Wings is the best resale store around and has 3 locations, Prospect Heights, Schaumburg and Niles. I've been an antique collector and resale shopper for 36 years and Wings is a great place and always filled with customers.”

“Great experience with the sales staff this past weekend at Wadsworth. The 3 ladies working the sale were very upbeat and helpful with questions I had and we're able to hold some items for me while I continued to shop. Have been at other sales where the workers just sit on furniture and don't clean or reorganize if needed. They even had a Valentine's candy dish out for us which was a welcomed surprise. Anyone with a bad review definitely hasn't been to a sale with these ladies working it. Will definitely come back to Brie's”

Workers are always polite, Mimi is a sweetheart , Avery is always professional and kind , and their assistant manager is also great. They also host great events . People can’t get mad that their clothes aren’t being bought when you have to remember they will only buy clothes that can make them money. If you are in Libertyville, I would definitely give this place a chance!”
