“Dr. Vogel seems pretty thorough, trustworthy & caring! Love being able to check out in room vs. having to do at the desk while trying to wrangle your dog. Very clean! Not giving 5 stars, because it is very expensive, especially the medications, but find me a reasonable veterinarian anywhere!”

I could go to a closer vet, I could find a cheaper vet but the well-being of my pets makes me continue to return.If you are like me and your pets are pretty much your children you can't go wrong by coming here.”
“This is a long overdue review but we love North Shore Family Pet. We have seen several doctors there and all of them have been so kind, patient, and informative about the care of our senior cat. I have often remarked that I wish I got the same time and attention from my own doctors. The office staff is also very helpful and responsive. We love NSFP!”

“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable”
