“Absolutely could not recommend this place more! The whole team is incredibly pleasant, welcoming and kind. From reception to techs to the vet team - everyone is so professional and awesome. They've helped me navigate my senior cat's health journey through CKD & hyperthyroidism and I never question whether she is in the best hands. They go above and beyond to be informative, thorough, & compassionate. I never have an issue getting an appointment, pricing seems too good to be true, they are quick with follow up, I could go on and on. 10/10 would recommend all day every day. Katie has her best RBF on in this pic but she loves you guys so much!!!!!”

“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable”

“I was apprehensive because prior annual visit at another vet office -Lincolnshire-was tramatic for my dog and myself. Here, the reception area was quiet, clean and the staff friendly and professional. Minimal wait. Vet tech Emily was fantastic. My dog can bark and be fearful of strangers but after a few minutes my dog was sitting on her lap. Dr Aldridge was calm, gentle, listened and advised. Exam done, blood drawn, nails trimmed and reasonable charges. Very happy :)”

“Dr. Malitz has been caring for our animals for years, dogs and cats. He is thoughtful, extensive, and provides outstanding treatment. He and the office always answer our questions promptly and with care. Our cat has ongoing health issues and she has been doing so much better with his care. The office is equally as great and I would recommend Countryside to anyone.”

“I just had to write a review of Countryside Animal Clinic, because they have given the most incredible care to all of my pets. My 10 year old French bulldog, Bruno, recently became very ill. We had to make the decision to put him down as he was starting to have seizures and decline quickly. Mary, Countryside's manager, got us in quickly. It was a tough situation as I was flying back in from out of town. Having to do something like this with your beloved pet is so, so difficult. The staff at Countryside, from Naomi at the front desk, from the gentle care from Dr. Mary Hannah and to the love of Bruno from vet tech Chris, made what could have been the worst life experience much more bearable. They treated Bruno with so much love and respect. Dr. Hannah was SO kind in how she spoke to Bruno gently and lovingly. This was so calming and reassuring for me and Bruno. Chris held and hugged Bruno giving him little treats with tears in her eyes. Countryside REALLY loved my dog. I also can't forget to mention Dr. Malitz and all the other amazing stuff there. They literally have no turnover of staff which speaks volumes! I have had a rough couple of months and have sent countless emails and made many phone calls out of concern, and they were always kind, patient and helpful. Thank you Countryside for the incredible love and care you gave to Bruno.”
