“I ordered a couple things from this retailer and I am always satisfied with my product's today (12/11/2023) I emailed a customer representative ZAHID who was very helpful about an product that was not available in there warehouse to ship it out and ZAHID informed me they had to get the product from the manufacturer but instead ZAHID informed me that I can replace my product with a different product that was already available in stock. The person I emailed was very courteous and patient. I really appreciate there amazing customer service.”

“This was my second time walking around the American Science and Surplus and again they didn’t disappoint. The wine ? dish made me giggle there was so much to look at and get inspired. Despite it being busy I thought the checkout lane was pretty smoothly. I really enjoyed my time here. ? Also along with your purchase you get to go home with a free gift. Last year was a lil cow in a tornado and this year is a small mini speaker. ? ? I would for sure recommend coming here. ????”

“Good place to get unloaded !!! Took them to 28 mins to off load my truck !! Cutting 1 star for narrow street back in and more over no parking on street . Be extraa carefull while back in trailer tires will go onto grass patches and ignore the patient-less cars on the street for not to get stressed out( i mean take your time) good luck”

I believe it was the mail carrier’s fault, but she knew I needed the book for school and sent me their only other copy free of charge or shipping costs! Very friendly staff and speedy delivery! “We have been using WeldingSupply.com for several years. Their prices are competitive and they have a large selection. In all these years we have only had one issue. A pair of gloves we received had a hole in them. “Because time is money... This place has a sign-in sheet for drivers. If you arrive on time for your appointment they will have you sign -in to log a time of arrival. This is done to keep the facility honest and to dispute retention charges. Early arrivals are accommodated but priority is given to the schedule. Late arrivals will be unloaded but are subject to dock availability.”
“Unloading took about 1 hour. I was 20 minutes late. They didn't cause any major problems. Although the man at the window could be more friendly, he is a bit ignorant when he sees the man on the other side of the glass. I've been to this place several times before, a very long time ago, so I must admit that I spent a few hours here. Maybe I was lucky? I'm here again on 4/13/20, I waited 2.5 hours for one palette, today only 1 star and that's probably too much!!! They still have ignorance towards drivers”
“First park your truck on side of docks and call them.number on the glass door of building.they need dot number truck plate number,pick up number.trl. number.when load is done park in front of glass door and go inside for papers.”
“I had a good experience delivering here but i noticed that delivery takes a lot faster then pickup.You pull in and park at any open door except for 17-23. Go inside, check in on the computer and wait.I was in and out within 1 hour and people working are nice!”
