If I needed 4 ties, Costco would have been a better price overall; however, taking into account my needs, the speed of service (no appt needed), convenience (open 7 days a week), ease (replacement tires were in stock), and service - Discount was fantastic.”

“High snow caused the heat shield to pull away from under my vehicle during winter storm. I called Quick Service and spoke to Alberto. He told me to bring it in right away. His team looked at it, quoted fair price and did an excellent job. I was out of there within 30 minutes with emergency service done. I must fuily recommend Quick Service. “I was an out-of-state purchaser looking to buy an older Porsche and found one in the Chicago area. It was a good model at a good price, but had a history that gave me pause. I wanted a pre-purchase inspection (PPI), but Porsches tend to move quickly from market, so I was afraid I'd miss out. The team at MPC worked to fit me in the day after I contacted them, and then provided a very thorough PPI report with pictures and explanations. Brian at MPC then spent a fair amount of time walking me through the report, what should be higher priority, and roughly what the costs may be. It gave me the confidence to move on the vehicle and the support to make sure that I got a fair price. MPC isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for, and on a high end car it is worth the cost for their level of detail. I highly recommend the team there and only hope that I can find a local indy shop as good as MPC where I live.”
