“I have been to many vets all around the Chicago area for my dogs and cats, and I trust none of them on the level I trust Mayfair Animal Clinic. The quality of care, affordability, and transparency are a cut above the rest. This isn't a corporate vet, this is a warm, family run business. I have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Paul and Dr. Elizabeth. All the vet techs and receptionist are kind, friendly and willing to answer any questions they can. The veterinary work Dr. Paul specifically has done has visibly and dramatically improved the lives of my pets. I could not recommend a vet more.”

“Nice to have a less expensive alternative to the other self-grooming dog wash on Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, but this one wasn’t very clean, tidy nor organized. Dog hair everywhere, no towels, no brushes, nor refilled shampoo on hand-I had to ask. After every dog leaves, it should be checked. Very nice staff, though.”
“We took our two dogs here to get their nails trimmed. The groomer couldn't have been nicer. One of the dogs was very skittish, and she kept talking to him in a very calm voice to keep him calm. I wish I knew her name to give her the proper recognition she deserves.”

“I had a really good experience at this pet supplies store. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to walk through. They had a wide selection of food, toys, grooming supplies, and accessories, including options for different types of pets.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable, and there were some good deals available compared to other stores. Checkout was quick and smooth. I want to compliment the store manager, though busy, he is always quick to assist his staff when they needed him. The cashier who assisted me needed the manager, the manager was quick to come and see what the cashier needed help with, very efficient.”

“I was just at my favorite store with the kindest and nicest staff and managers!
Brie advised me very thoughtfully on an alternative approach to my Basset Hound ears situation… and she’s very helpful.
She takes her time listening to the concerns and then advises what she believes is something that has already been working on other pups with the exact same issue.
Then I got to the register and Michael and Mathew were very nice.
The ambiance in the store is very welcoming.
I bought the best food also advised by Brie and I left with such a happy feeling that I thought I had absolutely to share with my fellow animals lovers.when we go get our animals their food or we need additional advice we need to feel that we are in a place were people know what are they talking about.
More importantly they know more than us and they are kind with their time.

“We have been taking our dog to Splash and Dash for months now . We have never had a bad experience using them. Amy and her staff always seem to go above and beyond. We experience this this morning when our Dog got a little too friendly with a Skunk. We called Amy and she got us right in and asked what we had used to get rid of the smell. She explained very nicely what we should have done and what not to do.We picked up our dog and again Amy took the time to let us know what we should in the future and even said to schedule him to come back in a couple of days so they can look at him again. Customer Service seems to be the number one priority!!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Noah’s ark and the people who work there. With our dog being sick and through a desperate hunt for some kind of guidance or help we found this pet store by searching for a specific specialty food brand.
When calling for information they were extremely knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and even put everything aside for us so we could easily pick it up after work.
Beyond being very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating the people who work here truly care about your fuzzy family member.
We have had the pleasure of visiting this store 3 times over the past 3 weeks because our dog loves loved loves the Solutions goat milk that we got for him. Our dog Charlie had a wonderful experience visiting here as well. He doesn’t have a google account but wanted me to express that he would give 10 stars if possible.
I am so thankful for the help of the wonderful people who work here. It is a rare thing now days to find a place and people with such passion for the work they do. We are beyond grateful thank you Noah’s Ark!”

The Dog Wash did an amazing job with my yorkie-border terrier mix, Ella! She came out looking absolutely adorable—clean, fluffy, and smelled wonderful! I especially loved the sweet little bows and the cute bandana they added—such a charming touch that made her look extra special. The staff was kind, professional, and clearly great with dogs. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend The Dog Wash!”
“I haven’t ever done business with this company but how you behave while branded with a company logo is important. That being said: there’s an intersection by my business that is ALWAYS blocked. Usually blocked over a crosswalk, too. To make the left turn I have to wait for a whole traffic light cycle or two because people rush to a red light only to block said intersection. But why are they rushing to a red light in the first place? Anyone? Anyone? Blocking intersections is illegal factually everywhere so I don’t know why people do it. They look like morons doing it. Not unlike leaving shopping carts out and about in parking lots. Looking at all you Costco shoppers who think it’s okay to hook them to the curbs by the trees. Maybe once a week some smart person doesn’t block said intersection. Today that was a Tank it Easy van. I tried to give the guy a thumbs up but I’m not sure if he saw me. Never heard of you before this, just looked you up and will refer you to anyone who so much as mentions the words fish, tank, shark or similar.”

“I came here after another groomer canceled my booking last minute, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The employees still managed to fit my beagle into their schedule without making me feel like an inconvenience. His nails were trimmed perfectly and the bath removed the strong outdoor smell he somehow collects every week. One paw still felt a little damp at pickup, but otherwise everything looked great. He seemed relaxed and comfortable instead of anxious during the ride home too.”
