There was a slight delay in finishing the work, as they found when it arrived that a replacement part did not meet their quality standards. “I just had my 1994 Ford van repaired at Ted's. When repairing a 31-year-old vehicle, the biggest challenge is finding parts. I needed a right front fender, a radiator support, and a grill. Many shops would not have been interested and would have just told me to go elsewhere. Fred, my contact at Ted's, was very resourceful and persistent in finding the parts, some of which had to be shipped from Colorado. I couldn't be happier with the repair. The paint job looks great, again, a challenge on a 31-year-old vehicle. I recommend Ted's without reservation.”
“After the dealership was going to charge me over $600 to replace a hood latch because of rust I was given a recommendation of All Cars Auto. Eric took a look and said you probably don’t need a new latch, you just have some rust. He sprayed the latch with lubricant and rust remover, worked the latch up and down and I was good to go. He even didn’t charge me for his time. Great place!”

They listened to my concerns about the symptoms of my vehicle’s transmission and exhaust and other mechanical problems and was able to diagnose and offer a fix/ resolution. Their entire staff: Nomie, Umair, Diego, Khurram & Saqib provided peace of mind and excellent auto repair. Nomie is well known within the car community and is known as an incredible mechanical engineer. I drove more than 1.5 hours in traffic and it was well worth it. Nomie fixed my problematic transmission driveshaft issue and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Also repaired an exhaust issue. “I took my truck to Integra for a body repair and I must say that Alex went above and beyond of services for me. The company that was responsible for my truck damages had given me a claim number for a car rental. When I call the car rental they told me that wasn't the right claim number , the company said that it was the right claim number which at this point I had attempt way too many time without success. Alex got on the phone with the company that was responsible for my damages and the car rental and I was able to get the car rental and have my truck repaired.
When I picked up my truck it was like I just purchased it brand new from the dealership. The work was awesome and it was clean. I couldn't find not one thing wrong with my truck. I can't stop raving about integra because they stand by their work. Alex was always respectful to me considering how many time that I called me. I highly recommend integra shop and you will not be disappointed,”
