“Picked up this Adenia Glauca from Sunnyside! They have a great collection houseplants, cacti and succulents. One of the best plant shops in the city if you’re looking for something unique. They also have a huge selection of pots, soil, soil amenities, insecticides, and pretty much anything you’ll need for growing at home. Ann & Tim are kind, knowledgeable, and supportive! He helped me figure out my vision for the day and perfect executed it. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the colors fit the scheme perfectly. All of the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and arrangements were stunning. Everything was delivered day of as discussed and I didn’t have to worry about anything. “Addison Floral did a phenomenal job for our June 2024 wedding!!! They are an old, small, local place, and they know what they're doing after so many years of business. Their pricing was so affordable and lower than any other place I was quoted, but it was still high quality work!! They also did pocket boutonnieres, which I absolutely loved! Their set up and travel fee was very reasonable and they were willing to drop flowers at the church, my house, and the reception venue, all for the 1 set up fee!! The initial consultation with Larry went smooth and he had samples of flowers for me to compare. They were timely, professional, and so friendly. I will be going to them for all of my future floral needs.”

“I went shopping for money trees the other day in the Edgewater area of Chicago and all of the Asian stores said they will not be selling them until May. So I waited the next day and start searching for plant stores in Niles and found these two money trees to replace the big ones so they can be repotted. The lady helping me find them in the store was very nice and she had very nice plants there. This will be my regular plant store for now. Very convenient and the prices are very good as well. “Great place for all your garden needs. Conveniently located in River Forest off Madison Street. Ample parking is available. It’s open year round for all your seasonal requirements. Good selection for whatever your needs are. I bought a tree and azalea bushes this year. Pictures below. They also have a cafe inside. The staff is very friendly and provides answers to all your questions.”

“Our office is across the street and our warehouse is about 30 minutes away. I have seen the place but it never clicked that they do take waste materials. We had a mixed full load of topsoil, bricks, pallets, and some other wood stuff in which they took. They charged me a I would consider a fair amount for the load.It was a little confusing upon entering as I didn't know where the office was. I suggest they put a sign up saying Office so new people know where to go. Other than this it was a great place, they were very communicative and very accommodating.One person said it is a lot but everything in the city costs a lot. If I was to pay my driver to drive 4 hrs round trip to dump further away for a cheaper dump price I am still paying the difference in drive time and wear and tear on my trucks and trailers.So in all reality I feel the price they charged was fair given my overall thought of costs.”

Reasonable prices.A year since I wrote this review, give or take, and I generally no longer go to Home Depot and Countryside Illinois because it appears multiple staff changes have caused the service in a variety of departments to diminish. They seem to be much more helpful at the local Menards. as long as I go to Home Depot in Countryside Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM I could expect reasonable help with better than average expertise. If I go at other times when I try not to if I go at all the staff working there to be poorly trained, particularly in lumber, plumbing, electricity, gardening, but the checkout is generally quick and easy.”

I had a flooring project, which started off on a bad note, mostly my fault, but was then corrected by Debbie from the Flooring Department, who did an OUTSTANDING job of helping me to get it back on track. She was a one of a kind professional and personable customer service rep who went ABOVE AND BEYOND, INCLUDING POST INSTALLATION FOLLOW UP. I can't say enough good things about her, and hope that she gets recognized accordingly. In addition, upon return of my excess materials, and a drawn out discussion, I have to also say that Claudia, and Manager Raquel, also went above and beyond to help me with the challenging credit to my original purchase. All these ladies are the reason that I, and hopefully thousands others, will do business with your store, because they truly make a difference, which I know is the reason that I will remain a committed customer.
