“Love this place been with them since 2017 8 years and it has become expensive.when from $280 too $740 a month. looking for something cheaper getting expensive for me but the place is well maintained would love to stay because it's a Secure place but after my accident can't really afford it”
“I had a business emergency, we had two days to vacate 3500sf, so I stopped at Extra Space in Morton Grove and the staff was amazing. We rented two large units, and during our move in we were constantly checked on due to the extreme heat and kept properly hydrated by being providing cold bottles of water. Lisa and Mark helped provide a solution all while providing excellent customer service.”
“All My Sons did a great job. We had a ton of furniture and boxes. The crew was very professional, careful and helpful. They all stayed until the job was complete to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend.”

“This would easily have been a five if not for the damaged property, lack of response and the delivery driver. My move was from Midwest to the East coast. My experience with the team in Chicago was excellent. I was going into storage initially. I was told it would go into crates, I was told I could use my own blankets. No crates and my blankets disappeared in the process. The driver on the delivery end was very aggressive and was only concerned about how the outcome looked for him and not whether I was a satisfied customer. Moved items into the house to discover many items damaged. The major item was a stand up desk that I will have to replace at my cost.
Have reached out several times to the team in Chicago with no response. In the end it was disappointing.
I revised this to a 5 star, as it was my experience with the team in Chicago and that same team resolved all issues to my great satisfaction. I do believe I can recommend this team as they are very customer focused.”

“I had an excellent experience with Public Storage at 17W170 Roosevelt Rd in Oakbrook Terrace. I stored my car there for about 14 months, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well everything turned out.
From day one, the facility felt secure, clean, and well-managed. Access was always smooth, and I had peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in a safe environment. After more than a year in storage, I was very happy to find my car in great condition with absolutely no damage or issues.
It’s clear that this location takes pride in maintaining high standards, and it really shows. I would definitely recommend this Public Storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to store their vehicle long-term.”

They were responsive to all of our questions, were on time for the pack and move and got his items delivered timely with no damage whatsoever. Communication before, during and at the time of delivery was outstanding. I can't say enough great things about this company. He was in good hands. We will definitely use STI in the future.”
“Overall, we were satisfied with Allied. They did break a paper shredder. I'm not sure why it wasn't packed in a box like almost everything else was. On delivery, the crew accidentally took my two wheel dolly. They used it to return the furniture wraps to the truck, and didn't bring it back. Other than those two things, we were happy.”
