Tonie Savage at the Oakbrook Mall is a wonderful, wonderful staff member. She treated my mom and I so kindly when we came in just 5 days before Christmas. She kept such a positive attitude during a busy day, and I’ve never been treated better by a cashier at a store.

i visited on tuesday and amelia (i believe was her name) helped me. i was embarrassed because i was bringing back 6 boxes of plates and bowls but amelia made it so easy. she was extremely kind, did my return so quickly, and was super great overall. i’ll be back! thanks for the help!

Each time I go, I am greeted as I walk in. The store is always organized and clean, but the staff is inconsistent. The floor people are usually helpful, but the cashiers are not the friendliest. They seem to go through the motions with checkout.
