Each time I go, I am greeted as I walk in. The store is always organized and clean, but the staff is inconsistent. The floor people are usually helpful, but the cashiers are not the friendliest. They seem to go through the motions with checkout.

Leslie was so sweet, kind, and patient. I probably tried on 50 pairs of shoes and she took her time helping me through deciding which ones look best. There are some really cute cowgirl boots there currently and I got a light blue pair!

My birthday is tomorrow so I was at the mall to treat myself a little, this store was the low point of my trip tbh. Two stars because I did get the items I was looking for, however, I had overhead someone in line before me get offered to sign up for birthday discount and thought oh neat, they'll mention that when I check out, but no... When I went to check out the girl behind the counter (maybe a manager?) ignored me for a bit, was having a conversation on her headset before finally saying she could help me but never once even looked towards me and had a look on her face that made me consider just abandoning the purchase, she asked if I had a phone number with them, I said I wasn't sure and when she said nothing I gave her my number, she never said another word, didn't confirm if I had an account
just rang me out. I said thank you when she gave me my bag and receipt but even then she said nothing and refused to even look at me. I'll stick to shopping the website in the future.

They've done a nice job re-laying out this store - the flow is better. The dressing room attendants are efficient and helpful, there were multiple people working the registers so the line was non-existent, and things were laid out in a way that it was easy to find what I was looking for.

Favorite store in the world! All my family knows to get me gift cards and presents from here. Clothes are a little on the pricey side, but at least you won’t see your twin at an event.

No quality control! Terrible customer service. I ordered a wedding dress from anthropology and received the wrong size. I reordered it and received a worn dirty, damaged dress with a broken zipper. Now my size is sold out.

ignorant blonde ladies , was standing there with my hands full of cloth and my kid on the other side, to return the close from fitting room , when I asked where should I leave them they didn't even look at me , they were just standing there talking and staring at their iPads. 2 stars only for a brunette lady that was a cashier , the only one that was actually nice .

Best customer service I have ever experienced! We worked with several people in the store on a confusing return and purchase at this location, and not only were they so helpful in getting the job done, but they did it with joy and laughter and helped us get a great discount! Couldn’t have asked for better service!
