There have been problems with room temperature control, especially with sun-facing rooms becoming uncomfortably hot. Dining options were found to lack variety and taste, and getting refills on coffee, tea, and juice was difficult. Cannot complain about the service but the room was aged. Paint chipping off doors, ac was a bit noisy and barely adequate to cool the room. Seemed clean just needs maintenance Great location for my needs and nicest thing was the free cookie and water bottles. They need to spend some money on room maintenance.
