“Great place to stay for little get away! James the valet was incredible. He was so kind and funny and gave great suggestions for restaurants to try. He's great at his job and we truly appreciated him!”

“To be fair, we only stayed here overnight as our son was scheduled for surgery the next morning and it was right down the street. The only other Hyatt House we have stayed at is in Indianapolis when we go to Pacer games.
The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We pulled up, checked in and the wife and son headed to the room while I parked. As I am walking to the entrance I see a Fire Truck pull up. Inside the Fire Alarms are going crazy. Took me a minute to locate the family but they were on the patio. Staff said its just something burnt in a microwave and if we did not mind the smell we could return but FD at elevators said no until its cleared out. That took about 20 minutes and we got back in our room.
Later I left to get some food and noticed 2 Oak Brook Officers standing with a lady by a luggage cart full of items. Didnt think anything about it but as I walked out the door I heard a commotion and turned to see them hooking her up as she resisted. Related to the fire alarm? who knows.
The room was ok but it along with the hallways are in some serious need of refurbishment. Lamp shades were ragged, no usb ports for charging, (only in the lobby area which was nice) shower head was wobbley and it leaked out the glass door onto the floor. Bathroom sink was small and not a lot of room for stuff. I guess for the name/price I expected a little bit more and modern. It looks like they cater to a lot of construction workers or extended stays. Only reason we were in the area was for the surgery, probably will not have a reason to stay overnight again but would probably only book again if nothing else was available as was the case with this stay.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed attending a conference at the Hyatt Lodge. The hotel, surrounded by nature, felt like a refuge in the middle of the city. The nearby outdoor mall had a good selection of food if I wanted to go off-site. The conference area was modern and spacious. I would go back in a heartbeat!”

“The room was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff in general were very service minded, unfortunately the breakfast was lacking in variety and taste. Especially compared to European hotels
Hard to get refills on coffe/tea and juice.
Was there for å wedding and the ballroom was beautiful.
The gym has stairmasters, ellipticals, treadmills, one stationery bike, one peloton bike, and some weights.”
