“Ozie was super helpful. Verizon never applied the trade-in credit for one of my phones and had been overcharging me for more than 30 months. Ozie helped identify those overcharges and worked with me to get the issue resolved. I really appreciate his patience, professionalism, and attention to detail.”

“I placed an order online but it was being processed all the time. I came all my way to this store and really worried that I would be told to wait at home and go back without anything. JC came and helped me to clear the error in the system and he helped me get the new iPhone really fast. He is really helpful and kind, a problem solver!! Felipe is also patient and helpful to set up my phone.”

“Great place. Vastly better than going to a dysfunctional showroom bigbox store. They took the time and had me listen to a wide price range of speakers and it really made me feel good about my choice in the end. I was not in the 25k price range but listening to many speakers very much helped my decision.”

“I bought a Hoover Vacuum Cleaner at Walmart and the height adjustment broke within a month. Walmart wont accept it because i threw away the box. So i went to Hoover website and saw this store 10 minutes away from me. The item i got i think was a lemon and could not be fixed so they gave me a new one. Fanny is very helpful and very pleasant. She took care of all the paperworks. I highly recommend this place.”

“Jesus took great care of me. I messaged him on Yelp after an unsuccessful appointment at the Google Store for my Pixel 6a. I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn’t really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.”

All the employees were very nice and I even the manager came out and thanked me for my purchase. This is my first PC that I've picked out the pieces to have built and they truly did a great job. 10/10 experience.”

“I have a vintage pair of Wharfdale W90 speakers that were my grandfathers and in storage for the last 30 years that I took to John for some TLC. The work they did to restore them is incredible and a significant upgrade to what was a great vintage speaker to make them even better. They also restored the wood finish, which looks and now sounds better than ever. I would highly recommend!”

“I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years. I recently upgraded phones and ran into an account issue that required me to come into the store several times, and after many attempts I was not getting responses from one of the regional managers who originally handled my account. I have an infant and repeatedly attempting an in store issue is not ideal. Thankfully, Roberto took over the issue, thoroughly explained my bill, went out of his way to make the corrections and ultimately reminded me why I stay with Verizon as a provider. Roberto took the time to call me with updates so I wasn’t left without answers, and made sure I left the phone call with understanding of my account. He touched base at least 4 times in the day, and by the end of the day the issue was resolved. He said he was a newer manager, but his composure, professionalism and expertise in Verizon’s products had me convinced he had been a manager there for a decade. I’m really happy he stepped in to hear my concerns and deliver quality communication skills. Thank you Roberto!”

“I had an outstanding experience with Brian from Barrett’s Technology Solutions. He invested the time to demo and clearly explain the lighting solutions I was considering, then went above and beyond by following up and providing my builder and electrician with exactly the documentation they needed. Due to unrelated circumstances, I wasn’t able to move forward with Barrett’s this time, but I genuinely wish I had—Brian earned my trust. Make Barrett’s your first port of call for lighting; their audio/video capabilities are excellent as well.”

Fond memories of walking my 2 siblings to 711 with $$ mom gave us for candy/Slurpees. Etc. I remember when the video rental store opened next door. Made flr a great family night grabbing a few movies there and movie snacks ar the 711. From what I saw on Google Maps, the 711 area looks just as great now as it did 33 years ago!”

Eddie at the Bolingbrook cricket store definitely gave a 10/10 on customer service today ! I definitely recommend going to the Bolingbrook one and getting amazing customer service from Eddie !”
