About Millennium Trust Company
Millennium Trust Company is a financial institution that holds retirement accounts like IRAs and 401(k)s, often following a rollover from a former employer. Customer experiences are mixed, highlighting significant frustrations and some resolutions. A common and major complaint involves unexpected fees, including annual maintenance fees, paper statement fees, and rollover or withdrawal charges, which customers feel are excessive. Many report extreme difficulty reaching a live agent by phone, encountering long hold times and automated systems that make human contact seem impossible. The initial account access and withdrawal process is frequently described as frustrating, slow, and overly complicated, with delays in simply viewing an account balance. However, several updated reviews note that after persistent efforts or public feedback, the company provided helpful customer service. Representatives are sometimes described as professional, informative, friendly, patient, and effective in resolving issues. These agents have assisted in waiving or refunding certain fees and guiding customers through the transfer or withdrawal process, which some then found to be straightforward. A few customers report successfully receiving their funds via check or transfer without major issues. A recurring sentiment is a recommendation to immediately withdraw funds from Millennium Trust Company upon discovery of the account and to promptly contact customer service to dispute any fees charged.

A warning to employers - don't use this company to roll over your ex-employees retirement fund, unless you really don't care about their well being. As others have stated, they are a nightmare to deal with, they are not user-friendly, and they clearly don't care.

This is the BIGGEST SCAM.
They legally rob you blind with fees. My employer moved my account when I separated from them. And it has being a challenge trying to get my money back into my new account 401K.
