We needed a TV console and small food cart for our dining room. We were so pleased to find great quality, sturdy, beautifully finished products at the Pottery Barn in Oak Brook!
I called ahead and spoke with a Design Studio Specialist, who we then met with at the store. She went out of her way to help us find exactly what would fit, by providing her with phone photos and dimensions for the space.
It was so worth it to have a person trained in design to help us figure out what we needed. Thank you for your excellent quality products and excellent service!

This place is a joke
Delivery third party “Ryder” is horrible, they don't follow their own instructions, we got a confirmation that the delivery will be this week. But the cargo was not delivered, when we called them, they said that we have to call to the Pottery Barn, and we call both of them with no results.
We bought a table in may and can't get it for 4 months. Very bad communication, bad customer service. Think twice before buying anything here.

This location unlike any other I’ve been to is the most horrible in customer service and employees lack manners! Waited long to be helped for no reason while employees chatted on the side then finally had one employee who was already helping someone to help anc she ended up warming up to us and I placed my order with her, after the order was placed that one and only nice employee in the store went on her break. I needed some more help so I asked another employee wish I can remember her name I asked her to check on if an item was available in different sizes online,she said ok and disappeared and when I got to the checkout I saw her and addressed politely that I never got an answer to my request and she said o I forgot then proceeded to say loudly as other customers listen that the item I wanted was a clearance item anyway “which wasn’t and was a new item at the store” and when I pointed that out she said she doesn’t know why it said that the first time she pulled it up and that there were no sizes but when I got home I checked and there were many different sizes after I had purchased what was not my first choice had she actually did her job and checked! Very rude and judgmental staff all over. Definitely would never step foot at that location and I’m glad it’s not my area store i regularly go to because I love this store just never this location!

Terrible customer service. Ordered the Liam chairs with White Glove service in the wrong color, called to cancel my order to get the correct color, they accepted the cancel. The chairs were never delivered to my home, but they would not refund the white glove service. When I asked why, their response was that they do not return shipping. Fine, they already spent money to move the chairs around (even though they never arrived at my home), so then the least they should do is refund the white glove service right? Nope, they refused to do so and pretty much said it's my fault for ordering the wrong chair color. I paid for shipping + white glove service, and they refused to at least do the decent thing and refund the white glove service. People make mistakes all the time, what kind of business model punishes their customers for it?

Customer Service here is awful! The associates aren’t knowledgeable on the product nor are they friendly. They were also gossiping about us just because we wanted more information on the curtains they sell. Sorry that I want to know more about the product you sell!

Horrible customer service and products. I ordered outdoor patio furniture a year ago, torrey swivel chairs, Pomona coffee table , Pomona dining table and chairs and two accent tables. The Pomona tables tops are beautiful. The Pomona dining table has been replaced due to cracks in the top. I requested a replacement for Pomona coffee table this year for same reason. I requested this on 6/18. The rep ordered the wrong leg color. As of this date, 8/13, it has not been corrected. Also, not expected till December, even though it states 30 days on the website.
I have never seen such incompetence.
It amazes me they have such poor quality products, bad customer service and delivery times for this price point.

Expensive garbage! Sales people who tell you, you are buying quality just to get sale. Customer service doesn’t care. Spent over 7k on two couches and one has a hole in now because their craftsmanship is horrible. Save your money, buy from value city because your furniture won’t last two years.

I am so disappointed in the customer service of Pottery Barn and their 3rd party delivery company, Ryder. Within 4 months of receiving my upholstered dining chair there was a hole in it. Luckily I paid extra for a furniture protection plan. It took multiple phone calls to customer service and over a week to schedule an appt to look at the damaged chair. This was a horrible customer experience and I'm shocked that a company like Pottery Barn and their premium prices wouldn't value a smooth customer experience.

Customer service was exceptional as always. The store was in immaculate condition. The displays were beautiful and the merchandising right on point. I wish Pottery Barn would carry a little bit more product like they used to displayed on the floor; but nonetheless, I still appreciate Pottery Barn and their exceptional products.
