“Gerber was great. I was able to get my car in right away. They took the time to explain next steps. The offered to help me rent a loaner while work was being completed. They finished way ahead of the scheduled time. I appreciate their transparancy when they did the inspection before the release of the car and found an issue that needed to be fixed. Gerber Collision in Oak Forest also stayed open a little past their closing time, long enough to allow me to grab my car when it was complete- that is customer service!”

“Called shops all around to fix my radio since it wouldn’t stay on, all estimates were 100-200. I come to this mom n pop shop, the man fixes it in 10 mins and for 40 bucks! Did quality work as well no hack jobs. I offered the man an extra 20 since he did such an amazing job and he didn’t take it, if that don’t show how good the people are here then I don’t know what will.”
