“Unfortunately, I've had multiple body repair requirements through the years. Fortunately, I found Crash Champions to do those repairs. I trust them to perform outstanding work at a fair and reasonable price. I've used Crash Champions for well over 10 years now. (I left similar reviews for other locations; this one is specific to the Orland Park facility as I don't recall them being here in 2019, my last repair event.)
Crash Champions service is outstanding in every way, from repair quality, price, insurance claims facilitation - all done impeccably. Mike (my claims adjuster) and Eric (manager) were outstanding in every way and very customer focused. The repair workmanship was first rate, second to none. Finally, I thank them for making my claims process as painless as possible. Kudos to these guys, though I hope I don;t have to come back and see them too soon. ;-P”

“Other than it taking quite a few weeks to complete the repairs, it is like brand new - which is was when I was first hit. To be fair, the other person's insurance slowed the process by approving each stage of the repair from disassembly to the end.
My tail gate closes better than when it was new.”
