His prices are affordable and he’s always looking for ways to save you money! My car sits low to the ground (sports edition) and I must have caught the bumper on some ice or snow (you know how Chicago winters can be brutal) and my bumper and one exhaust pipe was hanging down, almost scrapping the ground. They finished way ahead of the scheduled time. I appreciate their transparancy when they did the inspection before the release of the car and found an issue that needed to be fixed. Gerber Collision in Oak Forest also stayed open a little past their closing time, long enough to allow me to grab my car when it was complete- that is customer service!”
