Good afternoon. receive a cordial greetings. I am climete of more than 10 years with you. and on several occasions he told me uncomfortable things. Let me explain, the bank closes its doors at 5 pm. TRUE. and on several occasions I have arrived at more than 4:30 pm. to do personal procedures. and bank staff. they always tell us that there is no time when in reality it's about 4:30 pm. really. They should improve their service. so change the schedule from 5 pm to 4:30 pm. It seems to me a lack of respect. that I arrive at 4:30 pm. and shake. I can't do any procedures. really. What a bad service they are giving us customers. You should give better attention. you depend on us customers. thank you.

Have been a part of the Chase family for years. They have always taken good care of me. Usually bank on line. But whenever I need to go into a branch, they are ready to take care of all of my banking needs.

The most unhelpful team you can ever meet ! I m sorry to say this but you care more about the fact that only one hour left for your shift and you care less about people standing in the lobby and trying to do business with you ! Enjoy going home guys !

PEOPLE OF COLOR BEWARE Bank of America is systematically attempting to depress, and lower the value of property in the black community. Three of examples will be given. (1) A bid was placed on the property I'm selling in Chicago Illinois, 60617. A prospective buyer entered into a fair market agreement to purchase the property for $114,000. Representatives from NACA a shady organization funded by Bank of America made an inspection of the property and demanded $18,450 in repairs that were not needed and 750% higher than actual cost. Example; $5000 to test an inspect a six (6) year old Central Air conditioning unit (this is in month of December) to insure it works properly. This price is what the unit cost when bought new. Another example is a cost of $650 for (supposedly) observed lose flashing on roof. This roof was bought brand new in August 2022. The flashing was the first order of business they replaced when the roof was installed. Further, no one went on top of the roof to observe this false claim. But wait it gets better and more apparent of Bank of America raciest tendencies. NACA selected the appraiser to come and give a fair market value of the home. An Appraiser of property is supposed to take in account an LIST any new appliances and additions that will increase the value, such as new roof, new stove, refrigerator, basement floor, water heater , and kitchen cabinets. Bank of Americas appraiser simply measured the dimensions of the property and took no notice of any of the new additions that I attempted to point out to him (a black male). In fact simply REFUSED to look at the receipt for the brand new $7000 roof I had installed. As of this writing the appraised value has not been disclosed, but it will almost certainly be lower. I will keep you posted on the appraisal. Example 2; Mr RW of South Holland Illinois , owner of a printing company, applied for refinance of his mortgage. Naturally Bank of America refused him ( his credit score was 800). He then secured a acceptable refinance at a smaller company. When B of A became aware of this they telephoned RW and said they would do the refinance. Simply pay $350 and we will do the refinance (remember RW has a credit score of 800, and OWNS a profitable printing company). After B of A received the $350 they refused him again for no valid reason other than the color of his skin. Example 3: Cheryl Pope (my wife), made an application for a refinance of the mortgage at or home in Evergreen Park Illinois. B of A said they could do this, simply send us $350 and we will take care of this for you. She sent the $350 and NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. B of A didn't even deem Mrs Pope worthy of phone call or written notice of their refusal to refinance the mortgage. This blatant veiled attempt of B of A to depress property values in the black community must be made known to the public and stopped. I will post the appraisal value of my property as soon as it becomes known. I am also sending a copy of this writing to Television stations in the Chicago area to assist putting a stop to the overt racism and manipulation of the property values in the communities of PEOPLE of COLOR. As stated earlier we would inform you of the appraisal amount of property I'm selling. WOW I DIDN'T SEE IT COMING. The property was appraised $114,000, a fair and accurate amount. Does mean that B of A is improving in its treatment of minorities, absolutely not. Remember a broke clock is right twice each day. More (with new victims) to come

Kim (if she didn’t give me a fake name) was VERY unprofessional and not helpful. I walked in the bank at 4:30 and was told I couldn’t be helped after speaking with someone on the phone that said they could help me. Mind you I was only in to verify my identity which is show 2 forms of ID. She didn’t care and was more worried about having a bad attitude, being racist and having poor customer service to not service me. Sucks that this is the closest bank to my business otherwise I wouldn’t even come here. The teller don’t even make enough money to think she don’t have to help me when i can guarantee my front desk receptionist makes 3 times of what she makes, but that’s neither here nor there because my problem was not resolved. So, you’re going to get this review on this horrible experience!

I walked in with my 76 year old father who had questions regarding an account and was sent away by another local branch to fend for himself. Rachel was kind and helpful and took care of everything with a smile. Thank you so much for your help!

Only go to Bank of America if you enjoy getting your account over drawn by 300 dollars and over drawn. And rather than reach out to you, they have a terrible automated phone system that will take you through a loop the entire time. Only bank with this company if you enjoy the WORST customer service experience that I personally have ever encountered. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I advise NO ONE to go there, I just left and they are HORRIBLE. I pretty sure they just PROFILED us RACIALLY ?. Went there with one of their checks from a insurance claim. Here comes the STUPID questions like " Who's check is this, did this check come to you, what did you get the check for, do you have a account ANYWHERE else. They were asking personal questions PROFILING US. THEY have HORRIBLE SERVICE. Going through ALL of that for a check that is there's!! We will be talking to some attorneys on that matter!???
