“I have been going to Lawn Medical for over 20 years. I absolutely love my doctor ( Dr. Z) and her staff. I do notice there is a lot of turnover at the front desk but my experience with them has been good.”
“The lab is always easy to get into and quick/efficient, and the nurses in there are always super nice! The Doctors are great. I find I am most likely to get a response via email (portal) than by calling in to leave messages due to the front desk staff being less than accommodating, usually in a hurry, annoyed and not always willing to help! The front desk, in my opinion, is the FACE and VOICE of a practice, and they need to do better! However, once you get through, the Doctors and Nurses are pretty wonderful! I would suggest setting up a portal and using online communication & avoiding the desk. I absolutely love Dr. Momin and appreciate her listening and understanding.”

“I came across Dr. Edward Wang searching for an USCIS approved doctor around my neighborhood so I could get my medical exam for the Immigration office. “I went here for the first time. Everyone from the time I walked in until the time I walked out was fantastic. I had a medical evaluation, x-rays, they followed up with me on what they found. They gave me a result of the x-rays on a disk and sent the results and the x-rays to my primary care physician. I highly recommend them.”

“Choosing a new health care provider was a big deal for our family. My daughter and I started seeing Dr.Woz(as my daughter calls him) maybe 3-4 years ago. All it took was for my hubby to take our daughter to one appointment and they roped him in ... lol My hubby always had what they referred to as white coat syndrome. The second he walked into any doctor office his BP would go up his nerves would go crazy but not anymore. Everyone from Mary at the desk to the medical assistants and nurses, are all so welcoming and attentive. Even my daughter is comfortable going to the doc, it's no longer a fight. When it's necessary to go for a check up or should she be sick and I say I made a doc appointment she'll look at me and say just Dr.Woz ... lol ... I'm confident if he was unavailable the two other providers would be just as great but my point is no kid is ever OK with going to the doc but because this office gives her such a sense of security she's never hesitant. So if you are looking for a great family friendly group to treat your family look no further!”

“I am the type to put things off as long as i can due to previous experiences. I ended up switching insurances and ended up with Dr. will. He is amazing. Iv been complaining of pain in my stomach and other symptoms for about 4 years. I was told, it was muscle spasms from my scoliosis. I walked into his office for the first time and told him of my ALL issues and he instantly was concerned and determined to find the problem. He assumed it was my gallbladder, and low and behold it was. I had no gallstones, but it was functioning at 2% which was causing other major issues and pain. I got it taken it out and found out i had a umbilical hernia. I also got that fixed. I felt brand new after that, other then my scoliosis issues. Him and his staff treated me so well even when i wasnt so nice. They did up and beyond for me. Very professional, sympathetic, and patient. They get all walks of life at this place, and they seem to try and remember every person by name, and take the time to make them feel comfortable. He was upfront, honest, and MADE SURE, I got the appointments i needed, even if him or his staff had to call themselves. I feel safe in his care. I have never been able to say that. I would recommend them 1000%”

“I have been seeing Dr Lentzou and Dr Kim for years and they are wonderful! They truly care about you and will do anything to see that you get well! They listen to you and they never rush you! They are just the best! I saw their new doctor, Dr Malinowski(sp?)a few weeks ago! What a great addition! She was very thorough and very friendly! She spent a lot of time with me and I appreciated that! Just terrific doctors and great people!”

“Awesome experience from start to finish. Was going to walk in and when I called there was a 6pm appt available so I took it. I was able to sit in my car until I was called in and was able to go directly to the office. Jenice (sp) was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. She also gave me a tip that I'd never been given regarding antibiotics and how to prevent yeast infections after taking them AND I DIDN'T EVEN ASK! You could tell that she genuinely cared. I am thrilled about this visit. If I ever have a need for urgent care, I'll be back and I home Jenice is stil there.”

“My experience at the Advocate Medical Group Immediate Care Sykes site was pleasant and efficient. After checking in and stating the reason for my visit I was seated in the waiting area less than 10 minutes. The nurse informed me that I should have x-rays first then I would be seen by the urgent care doctor. Doctor Desarey Sims reviewed the reason for my visit which was injury to my thumb due to a fall. Dr. Sims was through and caring of my injury advised what to do including follow-up with my primary care doctor and and orthopedic doctor as well. My overall experience was very good.”

“Jolene is a PA working with Dr. Levy.She is amazing. My husband is under her care and is very pleased with her.Always answer her messages and actually pays attention to what we have to say. We never had to wait for more then 30 minutes. If I had to wait more then an hour we would gladly do it. It's worth the wait. If my caregiver is taking time to listen to me, I understand that she is doing the same thing with her other patients.”
