I’ve scheduled a 9am appointment. They have techs smoking cigarettes in the shop , no communication. All i asked for is a alignment and tpms reset and find out my car is in the air instead of on the alignment rack and hour from my original appointment . Being a member of the firestone family and running a store for them i never seen something like this

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. i had to come 3 times to get an alignment THAT WAS NOT DONE RIGHT. i came in Wednesday to get it done and i waited there for 1 hour just so i can get the paper work back and say the measuring were all the sameee!!!. meaning they didn't even do the job i noticed because right when they returned my car the steering wheel was completely off. so when i went back Thursday to tell them about it they gave me a hard time and attitude saying why did you come back the paper work is fine and the test was done right when i told him my steering wheel is far off and very very unbalanced to the right side by a lot. He said "ok" they will check it but ill have you waiting here for a while. and when they returned my car back yes this time the alignment was better this time actually was straight and balanced, but i get a stabilizer light on my dashboard and i never had it on even when they did the alignment the first time. So i go back Friday to tell them about that, and the manager (Hiriam) gives me a hard time as well very very poor service they give here. i start to tell him what's wrong with the car and why do i have that light on and he starts to "that the light came on had nothing to do with the alignment and that it came up on its own for some reason, if you want me to run a diagnostics on the car that will be a fee that you have to pay" so i tell the manager why do i have to pay this is on you guys if i never ever had this light on ever in my car i also got service alerts on my car because of the stabilizer light. he then says i have to pay to see why i have the light on. HORRIBLE SERVICE I HOPE THIS REACTS UPPER MANAGEMENT. I am now left and stuck with a stabilizer light on, and multiple error services on my car please do not come here they will not help you at all they made my car worse i should have never came here at all

Please DO NOT waste your TIME and MONEY on this place. Worst Customer Service by a "Store Manger" (Hiram) in my life. I paid for a Life Time Alignment Service a while ago. Now that I want to use service. Hiram told me they are able to do so. That I would need Flange Nuts/ Shims, and would need to get this done from Honda. I went to Honda 2 different times. Spoke to head Service Teach. He told me they never have done that service before. He was unsure why Firestone would be calling for that. Went back to Firestone to see Hiram, and AGAIN he was no help. He put it all back on Honda. So now I can't get service or my money back. Worst part is the level of Customer Service and Attitude. Big Scam they got going on there. Hope this finds it's way to Corp Office to know what type of people they have running their Shops. No type of help offered.

Went to firestone in oak lawn got 3 new tires. Got the tires and my sensor still never went off. Took it back was told to come early morning Saturday I was turned away then told to come for my appointment Sunday. Sunday picked up my car hood of my car was open and tire pressure sensor still on. Staff was unprofessional. Here are photos of dents and invoices.
My husband brought it to the Glen Ellyn jiffy lube and they fixed the issue.
Sent an email and still hav no heard back from anyone.

So. I took my car into this shop with my FL license plate. My heat wasn’t working (hardly use it). 1st I was told it was my thermostat after paying for the diagnostic total $500.00. I said ok because it’s COLD. When I got there I was then told it wasn’t the thermostats but it was he entire HVAC system and it would be $2100 for the repair. Needless to say that was a BIG NO took my car to another mechanic it was the simple Blender to switch from hot to cold (the heat had rusted because it was never used) total $200. Ladies beware of those Men that work there. They are NOT like US.

They customer service was horrible. It took over 3 hours before they even took my car into a bay, and I had an appointment. Complete lack of communication on their part. One of the associates was very rude and condescending.

Great experience. The online appointment scheduler worked well. The counter folks were awesome. Turned around my alignment in an afternoon. My only complaint is that I had to call to get status and when I could pick up the car. Seems like that could have been a text or email saying it was ready. Otherwise, the car feels great again.

The Oak Lawn Firestone has turned into the 95th & Western. Filthy location. Employees and garage. More than one days dirt. Overall nasty. Should be extremely ashamed. Not the Firestone of the past. Another example of employees bringing down a business. Sad.
And I haven't mentoned the horrible customer service. Riding further South for better treatment for the amount of money being charged.

Won't be going back paid alot to fix steering problem they did not tighten main fitting and insert hose all the way, causing all the fluid to run out. He claimed it was 2 years and stuff comes loose. It didn't come loose for 12 years they worked on it and 2 years later. BULL CRAP !!!!

Warning! Scammers! Tried to tell me I needed rotors when I have receipts that they are new. Then I was told if I didn't buy them they wouldn't install pads. Should've listened to the bad reviews and stayed away from this place

Lack of communication and lack of effort. First time I deal with Firestone. I had tires delivered so I could set up an appointment with them to mount them on my car. I call after they get delivered to confirm and they said no, they didn’t have them. I called again, they out me on hold for 10 minutes, then told me they would call me back. I explained I have proof of delivery and dude still didn’t make the effort to get up and actually check. “They didn’t leave it in the usual drop off spot” (The tires were 5 feet away in the other direction). I drove an hour as quickly as I could to make sure my tires were there. It wasn’t until I got there that they told me they got them. No call back, no care = No business from me.

Overpriced and ruined my alignment. They blew it off as if I should just deal with it. It makes driving so dangerous and aggressively pulls, especially when stopping.

Excellent customer service. Grace is the absolute best! Excellent auto technicians. I came with no a/c, left with great A/C!!! ?? Thank you to everyone there. My 2nd service done wonderfully. I won't go to another location.
