“I recently had a promo for a free cone & was unable to redeem online. I called into the location for assistance. I spoke with a young lady that said they weren't doing cones due to Mothers day weekend. I asked for the manager for further assistance being that I had tried to redeem the promo 2x prior during the week online. Angie, The manager was very accommodating & assisted me with getting the promo redeemed. Both were very helpful & handled the concern well.
Aside from that this was my 2nd time having edible arrangements, the 1st time a different location. I must say that the quality was really good! The dipped strawberries were sweet & fresh!”
“This small artesian mexican store is perfect for local mexican items. They have cantaritos in various sizes, shirts, mexican skirts and rebozos, catrinas, and other various mexican items. Definitely enjoyed shopping there.”

“Loved finding this shop on our stroll through Chinatown. Tidy and well-organized with a great selection of Chicago and Chinatown momentos. Bamboo in little pots, figurines, zen balls, manga characters etc. We picked up a cat figurine and good-luck turtle. The shopkeeper wrapped our items carefully in a tiny box that made it safe for traveling (thank-you!)”

“I would like to start my review by saying "HELLO DARLING." This was an interesting shop for me because I was unsure whether this shop would have anything for me. But, upon suggestions, I ventured to this shop. I was in this area previously but never knew that there was a hidden gem (shop) in the area. Where were you "The Darling Shop"? Upon entering the store, the store associate welcomed me by placing a white disco ball necklace around my neck (I felt like I was given a medal for partying hard lol) and handed me the goodie bag. She was sweet and patient. As a part of the event, the goodie bag had white disco ball necklace, pink disco ball drink tumblers, facial cleansing wipe, nail polish and some stickers. She explained to me a little history about the store. It blew me away when I knew that this store sells their goods from local area small businesses, people etc. The Darling shop is a stage for all these mini businesses where every product is made with minute detail. This was my first surprise. The store had party stuff, women's fashion, baby stuff was on the right side from the counter, home goods, sunglasses on the left side to the wall and many more. There was one section where they had various kinds of greeting cards. There were a variety of things in the store. My first look was that it was a store for women but as I went around for a bit then it was eye-catching when I saw they had a small section for men which was my second surprise. They had Men's accessories, clothing, and grooming. Upon looking, I bought a black pair of socks for myself. To sum up, the store was cool with such a variety of daily goods. I could not get to meet the owner NIKKI, but the store instantly gives you happy vibes with all the positive quotes around the store and for the stuff they are selling. I also checked out their website which was great, but the only recommendation is it would be nice if the font color is white (other color) on top and bottom of the website as it can be more visible. I would recommend my friends to explore this store. Lastly, for me, THE DARLING STORE = INSTANT HAPPINESS.”

Love all of the options there is to get - there’s a vast selection of things from stuffed animals to drones- it’s all you can ask for to keep a someone from babies to adults happy! My kids love going there, riding bikes there especially! Such a great little store that I’m hoping to come far!”

For some reason there was an issue when trying to use it, perhaps a glitch in the system? But the associate, George, was so kind, patient, and helpful and did all that he could to ensure that the coupon was honored. I ordered strawberries and a strawberry cheesecake cup for a friend of mine that is in Comer Children's Hospital and they made sure to call and let me know that they can't go up to the room and to have someone grab it so that it wouldn't get lost! That strawberries and cheesecake cup got delivered on time and was absolutely perfect to brighten her day!!”
