“I want to thank the staff at Planet Fitness for their kindness and care this morning. I was working out with my daughter, who is participating in the Teen Summer Program, when she suddenly became nauseous, lightheaded, and nearly fainted. A fellow member immediately offered her water and went to get help. The supervisor came right away, brought my daughter a Gatorade, and stayed to make sure she was okay. She even shared that her own teenagers have had similar experiences and reminded my daughter how important it is to eat before working out. I truly appreciated the quick response, compassion, and genuine concern shown by both the staff and the member who helped us. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier. ❤”
