“Updating my review: I had a better experience today at the print center where Ashley was a gem. They got rid of their old fax machine, so I needed a bit of a tutorial on how to get the system going. She was the only one there and was multitasking to help all of us. I appreciate her asking me if I needed help as I looked lost. I thankfully figured it out after she showed me. I asked her if the digital cover sheet is extra, and she said it's included. I ended up getting a refund for 1 page which I appreciate. The new way to fax is so much quicker, and I am looking forward to coming back here. Hopefully Ashley will be there again, and by the time I got home maybe like 10 minutes later, I called the facility I was faxing to and they already received it. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a Staples, print center etc.”

“Ordered an item from Walmart.com and it was damaged. I was instructed to drop it off at the nearest FedEx facility which was this location. I found a parking spot and entered the facility. I was greeted promptly by a lady named Lisa who was professional, courteous and nice. She explained that she was going to print a label after scanning the QR code and that I'll get a receipt for transaction with a tracking #. I read multiple reviews about how unprofessional this facility was/is. Well I can say I got superb service by a lady with sum "funky" glasses(lol). U rock Lisa!!”
