“They are absolutely the best team ever. I have no complaints about anything. They are kind, professional and friendly. I won't go anywhere else. They are simply the best! I highly recommend them! Thank you!”
““Rented from this location. Segen Fry went above and beyond by explaining the rental process in details made what could’ve been a stressful process smooth and easy really appreciated their help. Would rent from this location again specifically because of the service.””

“I've used Enterprise for decades. I stopped for a couple of years because there were always issues when I would rent from the Oak Park location. There were bad attitudes, they wouldn't have cars, after I'd made a reservation well in advance, it was just an undesirable business atmosphere and I don't do business where I'm not treated well.
I had to travel for a family emergency 2 months ago and without thinking, Enterprise was the first company I called out of habit. Before I knew it, I was there and having an amazing experience. Everyone was a delight to deal with. They were welcoming, friendly and very professional, which had not been the case for far too long. Ryan, Sam, and a gentleman whose name I believe starts with a T and has long hair, we're all amazing! They we're all extremely pleasant, efficient and made sure I was completely taken care of and had everything I needed. It really was a welcomed change. I made sure to tell Ryan how pleased I was with their services and that whoever or whatever was responsible for the change, should be commended immensely!
Last week, I found myself needing to rent again for the same family situation I originally had 2 months ago. I didn't think twice about reserving from Enterprise! I got the same wonderful service and I appreciate being so well taken care of. Congratulations to Ryan and his staff, they are all doing an amazing job! I hope the company appreciates them as much as I do! I will continue being a loyal customer!”
