One of the worst banks I've ever come in contact with. No one picks up the phone and they get back to you a week later. And if they do they are rude abd short. They pick and choose what to process in regards to payments. The most unhelpful and fraudulent bank.

Probably the worst experience and customer service ever. Instead of helping me she was more interested in closing the blinds on the windows. I tried to open an account and the lady helping me seemed uninterested and trying to talk me out of opening an account. Steer clear of this branch.

2 weeks ago we went to this branch to talk to an investment advisor. Needed his assistance and he seemed completely uninterested. He promise to do some follow-up and two weeks later we still don't have an answer.
